I already know how to use Maya to build sculptures with perfect sharp geometric edges, but only for a single object.

hmm yup, I wasn't believe it's possible, but then I saw people using only 1 prim sculpture to build those fense and stuff, with correct texture and sharp geometric edges...

 

if someone already know the way to do so, but don't want to let the kitty out of the bag, can you at least tell me what kind of software/plugin/tools you are using to make it happen? pleeeeeeease?
