marketplace items did not appear in my inventory

Depending on a lot of different things, it sometimes takes a little while for your items to arrive in your inventory. Sometimes the items don't get delivered at all. It is a common problem and has been addressed many many times. 

What you can do is go to your marketplace account and check on the status of your orders, if they are delivered, then you should have them.

Check your recent tab, there is a filter at the bottom so you can back it up a few days or hours if you need to.

If the status is delivered and you have not received your items, contact the merchant by notecard and explain your situation.

At your Dashboard in your Account page is a Transaction History. Any items Purchased will be listed there.

If you purchased items using a pay pal account or credit card and they are not delivered you will not be charged. (if you do not see items in your transaction history try purchasing the items again at a later time.)

The Policy is a 24 hours wait time before requesting Re-delivery from a Market Place Merchant. You would contact the Seller by IM or Notecard and include a copy of the sale from your transaction history. Politely ask for a redelivery.

 

It is upsetting and it has happened to me. I only purchase 1 or 2 items at a time now. All the Merchants I purchased from sent redeliveries.

in addition to what's been said already - i wouldn't recommend using the marketplace cart for anything other than freebies. we see people with delivery failures every single day, and my bet is the majority of them are using the cart. so obviously borked.

order one item at a time. that's what i would do.

add info/comments to your post by using options > edit.
