Bactine
In older viewers or viewers that use the old 1.23 version (phoenix for example) have the ability to just click search or profile and poof there it is regardless of what sim you're on or how laggy it is. In Viewer2, if you're on a sim that even remotely laggy, search will either take a long time to load or refuse to load and profiles are the same way. Why? Its like these new web-based versions are more troublesome than they should be with loading based on what sim you're on and how many people are around you. Thank god the map still works the same as the other viewers. If that turned web-based too, then I wouldnt be able to go anywhere except places that I already had the LM to. leliel Mirihi
The map actually is web based in a way, it uses HTTP to transfer the images.
Bactine
Okay, but it still loads on demand... regardless of what sim you're in or how laggy the sim is. So, how ever they programmed it, its working.
Anaiya Arnold
I do not know why they are so absurdly, stupidly slow to load, but I just hit the little button to load the profiles in my internet browser. You can literally wait around for minutes otherwise, if the profile ever loads at all.
Six Igaly
I found out for myself that only when i use 'Resident' as last name then search fails. When i leave it out then search is just as fast as ever. This also goes for when i search for 'older' residents, the ones with a last name.
