Scripts might not be the problem. These factors effect the SIM ..... the number of AVs on the SIM (AVs with more attachments/HUDs count more then those without. AVs with high ARCs can also effect SIM performance.). The number of objects (This is determined by the type of SIM it is: mainland, homestead and in some situation the server running the SIM). And the number of scripts.

Lag comes in many forms.

What exactly is happening and when?

What are the uses of this SIM? (Shopping, combat, club, residential, etc..)

Can you post an image of the statistics bar for us?

What SIM is this?

The statistics bar is showing you a continuous summary of overal conditions.   Top Scripts is an instantaneous snapshot.  It would be very rare to have the two agree.   Also, Top Scripts is looking only at scripts and is looking at them individually.

Scripts are rarely a lag issue in themselves.  They use resources only after other things are taken care of.  The big problem with scripts, until this last server upgrade, has been the Mono bug, which made the sim's servers stall when Mono scripted objects were rezzed or brought into the sim.  That bug has finally been cured, though.
