hello all...i am trying to log in but as soon as i start viewer appears a message telling sl crashed

Hello...that strange!! As soon as I start sl appears a message asking if I want send crash report and if I click on send it can't find server so doesn't work...my adsl connection by cable works gr8...what can  I do?

tried your solution...speed test is ok...restarted modem but still same issue!!!

Your ADSL connection may be fine for most things that you do, but could still not be good enough for SL.  SL had very high bandwidth expectations, and it requires an uninterrupted data stream for trading information between its servers and your client.  A small imterruption can produce lag.  Much more than that can cause a crash. 

First, verify that your system meets SL's recommended standards >>>  https://secondlife.com/my/support/system-requirements/index.php?lang=en-US.  Assuming that it does, then try rebooting your router and modem by unplugging both for a minute or more.  That will force them to grab a fresh IP address.  Be sure that your router's drivers are up to date too.  You can do a speed test on your ADSL line by going to http://www.myspeedtestonline.com/adsl-speedtest.html, or you can test other diagnostics at https://support.secondlife.com/sys-test/  (PC only, no Macs :smileysad: ).
