You'll have to contact Support. Do not log in to the web site and instead use the Guest account access from the help menu. Give full details of the avatar you're trying to restore. I had to contact Billing recently and I got a different security question to the one I expected and had written down. I must have been able to change it at some point and luckily I knew the answer.
