If you cannot see that you have dollars in your account then there is an issue that you need to send in a ticket for. Normally sales happen close to instanteously. You DO need to process that money if you want to take it out of SL. You can send it to a Paypal account for a dollar which is good if you have an account. It does take some time processing however, so be prepared for a few days to a week.
