how do i give my land to a group owned sim

I have a Linden home and the land that it is on. I would like to move my land to a group owned sim. I need to know how to do this and what the benifit to the group land would be? Will this reduse the cost of the sim they own and if so by how much? The land I am referancing is the 512 lot Linden gives you with a premium acount.

You can't deed your 'free linden tier' to a group.  Period.
