How to avoid red spots on a physic mesh?

I *think* in this case that the red represets parts of the mesh that are too small for physics use.   There is a lower limit on Physics shapes (can't find where this was documented)  can have before only allowing Convex Hull representation.  I can't see from this if the red objects in this mesh are in the same mesh as the rest of the tree or the uploader is just picking on parts which will not be effective in the Havok engine.   Unless you intend to climb the tree and sit on the outer branches this physics is too complex and will cost a lot of prims when rezzed.  Ideally you should represnt the physics by a series of cylinders to replace the larger trunk/branches and perhaps use some ribbons of mesh if you must have the finer branches climabale/sittable without scripted sits/climbs.

This can also be duplicated vertices (2 or more verts at the same location). But that may be the same as Chodai already mentioned (too small triangles) 

Maybe one remark: You mesh seems to be very detailed. You might consider to review this so that it becomes more suitable to SL :smileywink:
