Classy, Intimate Club

Good Morning,

I'm looking for any suggestions for places to purchase a classy looking night club (skybox) one that's not large, but also one that I'm able to add or remove items, seating etc.

I've not had much luck in MP.  Also, if anybody knows of a builder who may be able to help create something for a reasonable cost or has something hidden in their inventory lol.

Thank you everyone!  Ideally I'd like a ready built structure.
