The billing numbers that Luc listed are the ones most people want.  If you are looking for a job with LL, though, you might try (415) 243-9000. Note that this number is not Second Life Support , so don't call there if you have a support question. Their Fax # is: 415.243.9045

 Please note they will not deal with Support issues on this number if that is what you had in mind.

If you phone the Billing Support number Luc gave you, you'll hear a menu, I think pressing 1 is Support. I've never pressed it and I suspect if you do, you'll merely get a recorded message on how to submit a ticket.

I have bought 10000 Lindens but i did it the wrong way round and i accidently used the rate box how do i get the credit out the US part and the Lindens onto my actual account ?

That's a little confusing, so let me explain. If you have placed an order on the LindeX, you may cancel it at any time before it is filled by looking on your dashboard at secondlife.com >>> LindeX >>> Manage >>> LindeX Transaction History . When you do that, the money that Linden Lab has been holding in reserve for your order will be transferred immediately to the USD balance in your SL account. You may then use it to place another order or for paying bills to Linden Lab (for land fees, for example), or you may request a credit transfer and have the money sent to your PayPal account.
