my friends wont load, my groups have disapeared and i cant start an im with friends or teleport...

Ive been using viewers for a while now and recently after logging on ive found my groups always says "no matches found" my friends list is constantly (loading) and it wont let me IM my friends, nothing happens. When i try to teleport it logs me out. Yet i have no problems using my inventory or exploring the place it starts me in. It also appears that there is no media to play even when there is so im getting no sound apart from the teleporting whoosh and ping when it times out.

 

Any suggestions?

 

Ive tried uninstalling, reinstalling and using different viewers, no change...

Clear your SL cache (Malfunction loading cache information). If this fails reinstall the viewer software after removing it from you programs section in your OS (corrupted SL program replaced with clean install)..

If you install different viewers or a new viewer on your system, each viewer should have it's own cache location.  If you have been using the same cache location, you are setting yourself up for potential problems.  Uninstall all viewers, delete the cache area entirely (save any chat logs you wish to keep in a separate area), and download/install one viewer.

I have same issue, clearing cache and reinstalling does not help
