float text to display what owner says in chat?

Hi all im trying to get float text to display what is said in chat on a chat command by owner with out any luck just wondering if this is possible, its for a hud im creating it sounds easy to do but cant figure it out lol so lets say my chat trigger is /8 so i say /8 hello and i want the float text to say hello i can trigger it to say a set message by chat but not what i say in chat so far! any help is welcome ty
