I bought the item, but it was not in my inventory. I had contact the seller. But still no answer.

If you purchased inworld, craft a note card with the following information:

Name the note card something like 'Request re-delivery of non-delivered item'

Your name

Transaction history copied and pasted for the missing item

What you request (a re-delivery or a refund)

Make sure that the tone of your note card is polite and civil.  Drop it into the profile of the seller.  This being summer, it is possible the seller is on holiday.  Check their profile to see if they have a manager who might respond to your query.  It sometimes takes a few days but, generally, 99% of sellers will set things right for you.  Good luck!
