I think Halcyon is a Shop and Hop region though. Note: With a little shape modification and a different skin, these heads can be used for other kinds of fantasy heads such as feline, Elven or alien. The ears on the other recent free head can be hidden, so these can probably be hidden or detached too. The horns are probably separate from the head as well. I'm gonna go grab this & see what I can do with it. At least one of the Pandora sims has free N'avi shapes, skin & outfits.
