when i have the /me command on a geture chat line it shows it on the chat box

When i have the /me command on a geture chat line it shows it on the chat box  if i trigger the gesture with  a function key

This started to show when i upgraded to viewer 2.7.2

before it used to show:

Eien Sachin *Bows Humbly*

now it shows

/me *Bown Humbly*

how do i prevent this and still make the text be displayed on chat box as if i had used that command in chat line?

Other mentions of this on the board seem to suggest it is a bug and not you. Only time may fix it. Sorry. Switching viewers would be an option if you "emote" often.

I am having the /me problem as well.. MOST annoying as I DO emote often. I cant believe LL hasnt noticed this, as there are a lot of RPers out there.
