As you have see in your Bank acct, the 1L was chkn your method of payment. Now where is the $20 worth of lindens. I recall this took me about 20 minutes to receive my first lot. It might vary on fin.institutions?

One way to find out on SL is through your Dashboard. http://secondlife.com/ <- sign in and your there.

Under account, go to acct *statements* for a PDF view of acct activity with lindens/dollars in and out.

Also under acct  is located transactions, this shares both debits and credits.

 

Edit: Acct history is another source.

Perhaps also checking your billing info is in order.
