How do i retrieve group fees that have been paid to cover the tier?

I believe that Group funds are dispersed to Group members who have the ability "Share Group Liabilities" checked or selected in Allowed Abilities on Stipend day, Tuesdays. Dailey

Credit balances in group are paid out the next day, equally divided between all members that have "pay group liabilities and receive dividends" checked.

If you are the group owner and you make sure that only the owner role has that ability checked, all the money will be paid to your account and you can sell the lindens and leave the US$ balance on your account for the tier fee to be deducted from.
