my avator does not load skin and shape.

and the stuff out of my invent loads very slowly to

ist not my pc while the avi of my GF loads properly on it

Try this.  Menu Advanced --> Character --> Character Tests --> Test Male / Female

Clear your cache -all cache.

Try going to a quiet place and wait there until your inventory has completely reloaded..such as Pooley or Smith sims. Walk away from your computer. Do not open a browser, get into IMs, etc. Just let it load your inventory. Once that has completed, and you are still a cloud, then try what Storm suggests.
