Viewer 2.7.2 release crashes even though 2.7.2 beta works.

Awhile back I tried to install Viewer 2.7.1 and it crashed during install (after initializing the Texture Cache).  I posted my crash log in the appropriate JIRA (STORM-1298).  Later the JIRA had been closed and marked as resolved.  I then tried loading 2.7.2 beta and have been using it with no problems.  However, when I tried to load the final version of 2.7.2, it crashed again during install (same place).  I re-opened the JIRA and posted a new crash log, but haven't had a response.  Is there anything else I can/should do?

You've done just exactly the right thing. Thanks.  The Lindens don't look here.  They look at the JIRA.  For something like crash reports on a new viewer, they look pretty fast too.
