If you signed up under the month to month plan, you'll be billed once a month, if you signed up for the quarterly plan, you'll be billed once every three months and if you signed up for the yearly plan you'll be billed once a year. All bills will be charged to (or taken from) whatever your payment method you chose to use. You can change your payment plan at any time. The weekly stipend (that weekly payment into your account) is paid by LL directly to your account........it's part of your premium membership and costs you nothing more than your membership plan (it's an approximate $1.40 "discount" paid to you weekly in L$). The L$1000 sign up bonus is a one time payment from LL paid after 45 days of continuous membership. It costs you nothing and is worth approximately $4.00 USD.
