Retrieving "delivered" items

Ok, so I recently ordered a number of items... (see the copy of my invoice below)

While trying to accept the items in game my viewer crashed on me.... I was only able to accept 1 out of the 6 items. Now here's the fun information I used RL money to buy the items. So... How do I get the rest of the items I've already purchased? If I have to re-buy the damn things I'm going to be severely pissed off... So can any one help me out and explain what I have to do to get my items?

FYI the Warrior Spear set is the only item I was able to accept before the crash...

Contact each seller (IM, notecard and such. Most merchants mention their prefered way to contact on their profile, marketplace store page and what not) and ask them politely to redeliver your purchase. If they are no transfer items, most merchants should redeliver them.

I am very sorry to hear about you crashing.

When products are sent from scripted objects, like vendors and the Magic Box, the items are lost if you crash before you can accept delivery of the items.

Since you have so many products, instead of trying to contact each of the sellers you should submit a Support Case and the Linden Lab Customer Support will re-deliver the items to you.

When you create the case choose Marketplace as the type then Failed Marketplace Delivery.

Please ensure that you include the SLM Order Number or numbers in your report so that the orders can quickly be pulled up.

And if you have bad luck of finding a seller with no customer service, you can file a ticket and LL will redeliver for them in few minutes.
Go to https://support.secondlife.com/create-case to create new ticket and choose "marketplace" in "What type of problem are you having?", then "failed marketplace delivery".


I had to use this yesterday for first time, after waiting more than 2 weeks for a seller to redeliver with no luck, and I was really surprise how fast they had solved the problem ^^.
