Can't purge folders from trash

Seriously I have tried purging,emptying.Nothing.Whenever I log back on there they are all back in my trash.Serveal..ok more then that empty folders.I sick of having them constantly reappear in my trash.And yes checked the server,done everything possible that could of helped but same thing still happens.

Right I only use one viewer I have tried clearing cache,a clean reinstall I also tried Roliq Loon's  advise from the other topic that someone was having the same problem.And they are still there.

Also I have no idea how to submit a ticket to do with said issue D:

Did you try to clear cache? (in the viewer and manually by deleting the contents of your cache folder?).

If you did and this is still happening LL may need to have a look at it and rebuild your  inventory.. to do this you need to submit a ticket

Sounds like your inventory is being a bit 'willful'. Are you using more than one viewer? If so, you need to setup separate cache locations for each of them.

We had this same question here yesterday, so I'll paste my response instead of retyping it:

"I have occasionally had that problem myself, although not recently. If you have a very large number of things in Trash, sometimes the servers balk at deleting them, so it pays to do it more often.  Also, always empty the Trash folder by right clicking on it and selecting "Empty Trash", not by highlighting selected items and deleting them.  In my experience, using the selective approach seems to get your locally cached copy of inventory out of sync with what's on LL's servers, so the servers try to correct the mismatch by restoring whatever you just deleted."
