If something in your profile is forbidden you are likely to recieve some notice from LL and your profile will be deleted........but not specific words. The most likely thing is that you'll be suspended or your account put on hold until you fix whatever it is that LL objects to on your profile. Unchecking things on your friends list? I don't know what you are asking. If you are asking if LL unchecked someone on your friends list from seeing your online status the answer is no. It's possible if the person you have chosen to allow to see your online status has unchecked you on his/her friends list it might reflect the same on yours.
