20K Grandfathered Region and Grandfathered Homestead for sale

20K prim Grandfathered (bought down) Region Tier USD 179.00 is due on the 18th of each month. Buyer pays transfer fee of L$78,000 to keep grandfathered status. 

Grandfathered Homestead Tier USD 95.00 is due on the 23rd of each month. Buyer pays transfer fee of L$39,000 to keep grandfathered status. 

I will sell them both individually or as a pair. Send me a notecard in world if you are interested.

Both must be renamed and moved (included in the transfer fee). Each will be cleared and empty.

Offers close for the 20K Region/both at SL midnight on the 16th. Offers close for the homestead alone at SL midnight on the 21st if not already sold.

I may sell earlier or withdraw them from sale depending on circumstances.

Update: I have offers for both the full region and the homestead. Unless any further bids come in over the next day or two I'll proceed with the sale
