This is a funny bug.  The only answer is to do a complete erase of your install and try again.  It may take you 2 or three attempts, but it will catch eventually.  Again, do a complete uninstall - clean all SLVIEWER files from your local drive. Try again.

Along with Storm's good advice, also make sure you download the installer to your computer before running it.  Choose Save instead of Run when downloading.
