Mainland Roadside protected for sale

I am looking to sell a Piece of mainland roadside on the Seonggye  Sim. http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Seonggye/191/167/97  I need to sell so that i can drop back down to lowerr Tier. I am asking $3856 which is what Linden would sell it as abandoned land. Or make me an offer. willing to take less if you can buy it before the 26th of this month. otherwise i will have to abandon it before my tier rolls over on the 27th.
