Currently adult rated and fully landscaped/decorated; however, all items will be removed before sale is completed. If you like the natural landscaping, that can be kept. It was designed by Kaiden Tray and the approximate prims used for the landscaping are 8K out of the 30K. The tier is due on the 3rd of every month. Current tier paid up until June 3rd.
