It's ok. Just go to me, preferences, setup, reset. Logout. Login. Open inventory, recent. Wait for fetching to end. You should then see everything again.

also teleport to the Region "SMITH", its an empty water Sim. The Emptyness helps, as the server had nothing else to do, to load your inventory faster.

Give it time. Should the "X items loaded" counter stop, logout, login, and see it continue, repeat as needed.
