I can't use voice chat, I'm doing all the steps d in help but it didn't work

every time i login second life i got this message

mostly it's a firewall problem, but if you tried everything i'm not sure what help or answer to give you.

I turned off my firewall 

I think voice not allowed in Egypt 😔

WHICH firewall did you turn off?

Most systems have two firewalls. There is the software firewall of your PC's antivirus protection, such as Windows Defender. Then there is the NAT firewall in your router or internet modem.

You should enable the ports shown in the article below, in both firewalls, and also check your router's settings regarding the "SIP ALG" feature mentioned in the error message.

I don't know if voice chat are allowed in Egypt ???
