Have you tried to relog?

Is your Avatar a ghost or frozen in place Inworld?

If you can login try to remove anything you may have recent worn added or attached to your Avatar. Try to clear your cache and log out.

When or if you can log back in, change your Start location or Login location to a Region named Smith.
