Crashing during the "Connecting to Region" step.

Second Life is crashing during the "Connecting to Region" step of logging in, and despite everything I tried, (router/computer restarts, reinstalls, troubleshooting tips) nothing seems to work at all. Please tell me what I can do to get Second Life working again. I've tried loggin in to a different region, and even if it does get past the initial problem, it still crashes on the "Loading World..." step instead.

Did you try changing your start or login location to a different Region? (Smith)
