Alexis Kiyori
Hi all! I’m hoping someone can help me out, I’ve scoured far and wide on the SL marketplace & have come up with minimal results I am looking for a new home for one of my roleplay characters, a witch & I’m looking to buy a house (preferably fully furnished, but unfurnished is ok too). I’m not looking for a gimmicky, scary Halloween witch house but something a little bit more along the lines of a medieval witches hut? Or perhaps a tower? Just something… arcanical and magical? Something with a cauldron, magical potions & arcanic runes etc scattered across the place.. but also enough room to Rez a bed and a dresser! Lol.. apologies I’m not sure how best to explain what I’m after, but I’m trying!! (English is not my first language) Does anybody have any suggestions or know of stores that specialise in fantasy- buildings & furniture? TIA ❤️ Edited May 2 by Alexis Kiyori Adding more info
Persephone Emerald
You might look at Dysfunctional Designs. They have low land impact items, including some buildings. They have a few Medieval cottages and at least one tower. They also have good rustic furnishings and a sweet cauldron over a campfire. Culprit has some nice buildings too. You can't go wrong with Candle and Cauldron either. They have mostly witchy decor, but also a couple buildings I think. BookishMelinoe
I'm a big fan of Trompe l'Oeil's Isadora cottage (unfurnished). It's not overtly witchy, but it does "medieval house in the woods" very well, and can be dressed up to look witchy, cozy, spooky, or whatever strikes your fancy. I like it because it's easy to move around in and fit furniture in. (I also made a floor to turn the cupola into an attic room accessible by TP button.) https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Trompe-Loeil-Isadora-Rustic-Cottage-mesh/18450573
