why do i crash when like for 3 seconds?

When did the problem start? Right from the start or after a change?

Check your Graphic Settings in Preferences.

If you already have everything turned down there won't be much to adjust but if you do not, adjusting some settings that may have been activated by auto-detect may improve your performance significantly.

Most of the time I have shaders, nearby local lights Off. Avatars are set to low, draw distance is around 100. Hide particles 

If I start to lag I teleport to an empty Region to let my machine recover. In the Advanced menu you can open your Statistics Bar or Page and monitor some functions real time. I'm not sure if V2 has fast timers.

A way out possibility that happened to me was my ISP was not delivering the "promised" bandwidth. It wasn't a little low it was less than 1/2 promised. A Speed Test proved the connection was not good.
