Seriously though, it's probably just some random attachment your friend is wearing. There is no way to 'get sick' in SL, but wearing certain things might make your avatar act in a certain way for the purposes of roleplay. Have your friend check what objects they are wearing and detach things to narrow down what the culprit might be To check everything you are wearing look in the "My Outfit" folder in inventory (for Viewer 2) or type "worn" in the inventory search box.
