This isn't Linden Lab support.  These are residents answering questions.  I'd suggest deleting your personal information as it's not anything WE can help with.  You should contact the billing department on Monday.

If you purchased using the 'Best Rate Buy (Limit Buy)' option, that is actually a request to buy L$ from someone at a specific rate. If you did that, check your LindeX Order History (https://secondlife.com/my/lindex/history.php) to see if you have an outstanding Open Order.  If so, simple Cancel it and the money will go into your USD balance and be used first for the next L$ purchase -- which you should then do using the "Instant Buy (Market Buy)":
