Money taken from bank account but no dollars added to SL account

Question

i recently bought 2500 dollars to create my avatar but it says on my account that the transaction failed and i had insufficient funds yet when i go onto my account they taken the money out of my account with no sign of it bouncing back

 

any help would be appreciated

First check the USD balance on the Account Summary page of your Dashboard. If the money is there, it will be used automatically the next time you buy L$.  If it isn't there and also not back in your funding account, then contact Billing:

im trying to contact through a ticket but its just annoying i wanted to sort my avi but now i either need to risk spending more money to get it or waste time waiting for the team to finally write me back
