Greeter & Landmark giver dialogue box

I'm trying to create a landing point greeter dialogue box that just has some welcome text a button to give a landmark. Sounds simple but I'm having a hard time finding a script or tutorial to do that. Does anyone know of a good script for this please? I found this script , and the pop up appears but no landmark is given out when the button is clicked, even though I put it in the object (it just generates the text 'Landmark' in chat) I'm not sure why or where to edit this. Also I'd like the object to detect collision rather than have someone have to touch it.
