Excellent boating lot on Protected Waterway that runs along the South coast of Heterocera. From Alleni it is an easy sail along 6 sims of coastline to reach the ANWR Channel - the ocean link to Sansara - giving access to the Bay of Space Pigs, L-Shaped Lake, Mare Secundus, Sea of Fables, and all other Sansara waterways and historical places! 

Plenty of room for big boats here - I have a Namaste rezzed for scale. There's also a submerged island so you can walk around and visualize the size and shape of the parcel with land, instead of a boat. If you want you can also walk the seabed underneath that. This is nice deep water here!

If you want more than the standard 351 prims for this parcel, there is roughly 7000m of abandoned land available for purchase in this sim. For people new to owning land, all parcels you own in a sim will count toward your total prim limit in that sim - it doesn't matter which one you rezz things on.
