Hello, I'm not sure how to handle this so I thought I'd ask here for feedback. I'm not even certain if I'm in the right place if not please let me know.  My husband and I rent some land on a private SIM we have 3 parcels, we host some games.  Lately we've noticed a lot of new people that aren't part of the game groups we host jumping to our land.  I asked someone today how they found us and they said search, well we aren't in the search option, but they searched music club and our neighbors address pulled up, I did same search and  I jumped there and I hit their ban lines and land on one of my parcels.  So my question is this actually I have 2, could they be getting their traffic #s from us? ( we get between 2500-3000 visits a month) and if so is there somewhere I can report that? And 2nd part, I know for a fact they have bots on their land is that reportable?

Thank you for any help

Not unless there's a bug. We could search jira to see if one has been reported, but I don't recall anybody saying anything about it on the Forums, so I kind of doubt it. The situation seems odd, though: if they're seeking traffic, it would be weird to set ban lines and bounce prospective visitors to your parcel. I wonder if they even know that's happening.

Just in passing: You mention your parcel gets "between 2500-3000 visits a month" (specifically "visits") which I assume you know from a visitor counter. But if your parcel isn't set to be included in search, any traffic it may collect is pretty meaningless.

Well, anything is reportable, but that doesn't mean the report will get much attention from Governance. In particular, the Lab has not made it possible for residents to determine whether bots are already declared "scripted agent" accounts (so they don't generate traffic), which would be necessary for us to make meaningful reports about suspected traffic-gaming bots. This has been the subject of many threads here over the years.

LL may not do anything about it but you could report it to the estate owners/company.  I had the same thing happen on an estate I was renting on.  The homestead was divided into quarters and one parcel continually had a flock of Tiny Empire avatars on it.  Since regions have a limit on number of avatars, one person constantly using more than their fair share is something to address with the land owner.
