Hello I am looking for someone popular to help me to discover my nightclub, who continent the latest system of projectors and who want to listen to my playlist, the top of the top of the vintage music dancing (without mix) and excellent sound quality

I specify, that it is a tender, because I created it around the first months when I started second life, (I imagine that I still have pictures of the place). and that since I was new, and that my own publicities were not enough, and well I did not have any customers.

so i still have all my stuff from the nightclub, so if there are really people interested in promoting my club (and by the way promoting the french community as well) even if i speak english as well as french : that would help me a lot

the best promotions for a club are the Dj's with their followers.
And building a steady group of visitors, with the help of the above.

You need entertainment to get people in, keep them, and returning, but you tell you have a playlist ?... i hope i don't take that wrong as if there's no live dj? ..  why would people come ? They have radiostations with excellent music everywhere. Hire good DJ's and let them fill your floor with their work.
Organize club events, specialize in a music theme, or use dailly/weekly/monthly themes, this all in agreement with staff and DJ's

Make it interesting, make it stand out, offer quality in music and entertainment.

That is the only promotion that works.

just a note ; don't hire managers .. it's no rocketscience to make a schedule and IM a DJ if he has time ...

(also no hosts or DJ's that beg for tips every minute, or spam the chat channels during events)

From my experience managers are fundamental in making things run smoothly in a club that has any type of ambition.

I agree with Bench. And I would like to add this as well. In my experience, owners have to do lot of work so they cannot be all the time looking after djs and hosts. This is why they have managers. They have managers for hosts who teaches newbies how to do it. Managers for DJs who shows how to put their stream link and they have managers for certain times as well. Even there are asst  managers, who job is to be a backup if one of the MOD needs to call out.

This is not begging. Well true some DJ's and hosts are annoying when they spam but not all of them. Some just supports the DJ for their hard work. Nobody wants to work in a club where nobody appreciates one's hard work yanno 🤷🏽‍♀️

This! If someone is spamming local chat with gestures everyone will move to ims and new people will feel unwelcome. Spamming with gestures is only acceptable if there is an argument happening in local chat. If there's no local chat, I won't spend much time in a club or recommend it to friends unless the dj is really good.
