Sadly I am selling a pretty nice parcel of land. Its zoned moderate and is a nice flat plot with a good water view. The view is the best part, as fortunately in the

3 years or so I owned it no one has built stuff to block the view, it looks really nice. Hate to see it go honestly but I have to cut down on my tier.

First 3000 L gets it.
