I'm sure you are aware there is a rental section on the forums. 

A lot of rentals that you post here. Have you rented anything yet? Might help to actually have them in the rental section instead of here where people SELL parcels. Adding a ridiculously high price to sell is gaming the system, dude.

 

Also what is a full perm parcel? You can't copy it or transfer it and you don't own it if you rent it so in the context of SL saying "full perm" parcel seems to imply that you are trying to make people think they OWN the parcel they are renting. Also there are rules - SL TOS that everyone needs to follow even when you own land.
