MarketPlace and caspervend sales don't match

Has anyone else, (sellers) experienced certain items on marketplace when sold, log as totally the totally the wrong item on the Caspervend sales logs? Everything matches perfectly until it gets logged on the Casper sales then its a totally different item in CasperVend Product 

I cant seem to find a fix, any ideas?

I usually only have this issue if I do not correctly assign a product to a marketplace listing as they come in as an "issue" on the CasperVend home page

That's the cause.
Easy fix, unassociate the item, then re-associate to the correct item
