Looking for Building Creator

Hello, second life creators!

I am in search of a creator who is able to create one (possibly more) cyberpunk themed building for me. I own .:.Grid City.:., an adult cyberpunk themed sim where these would be used (and a great place to check out if you need a good visual of what i am looking for). I am hoping to see your rates and portfolios before I make any decisions. I would like these buildings to be functional, or at the least designed in such a way that I can add functioning doors and people can use the interior of the building. I am hoping for reasonable land impact. This may become an ongoing relationship- I suspect I will want more things made in the future if I am happy with the first.
