Genus head issue

I'm using a Genus head and the head is blacked out regardless of how much I try to change it and its not even letting me put the HUD on for some reason... what do I do because I liked how my avi looked and now its messed up

Can you post an image of  your head, plus show an image of what all is being worn..

You can show what is being worn by going to the upper menu where it say's avatar,click that menu and then go down to Now wearing and take a pic of it..

there may be a few things happening and those would be a big help..
