I apid over $140AUS to get a premium account, yet have not seen any stipends come in? Money has definitely been paid but nothing. ANd the ticket I sent was not responded to.......Any ideas on what else I can do?

When did you pay for your Premium?

Stipends come on Tue.  If you signed up on Tue, your first stipend is the following Tue.

Stipends are paid on Tuesday providing there are no issues that would make them late. If you paid for premium on or after Tuesday you will get a stipend payment this coming Tuesday. If this is your first time taking out premium you will get a L$1000 bonus after 45 consecutive days. I seem to recall many years ago getting a small additional bonus around L$250 for using PayPal

They don't do that anymore
