AO Animations disappearing/not showing up, but only around others?

So, I put some new anims into my Vista AO hud, same as I've done a hundred other times. They all work perfectly, until I'm near another avatar, in which case the animations I just put in (that are DEFINITELY there working when I'm alone) disappear, not even listed as options or giving any errors. They're just gone. When I teleport back home, there they are, they work just fine, and my avi immediately resumes one of the new anims. If I invite someone else to my home, the animations disappear again until they leave, or I walk far enough away (maybe 20-30 meters).

I've had some strange things happen in my time on sl, but this one... I just cannot fathom why, or how to begin fixing this. Any help appreciated.

It could be the proximity setting. that plays only some "calm" animations if someone is near you.



But I can not help more than this, i never added animations.
So refer to the help, or maybe contact Vista if you need to know more.

Omgosh, you life saver, it WAS the proximity setting. It was off, but glitched. I turned it on and off again and it worked. I owe you a virtual coffee lol Thank you
