I cant log in using Phoenix viewer....is there any tech issues atm?

When i try to log into Phoenix i get a message saying (unable to connect to the grid) ive never had problems with phoenix before. I can log in using imprudence but since having my new laptop i cant use that without keep crashing, i was just wondering if there was any maintenance going on and have LL stopped logins on Phoemix?

There are no grid issues on the board at the moment, and Phoenix is alive and well.  My guess is that it's your laptop. If you're using wireless, don't.  Make a direct cable connection instead.  Even on a private wireless router, you're potentially losing bandwidth to a lot of local sources.  Also, I'm sure that you checked before you bought the laptop, but double check now to be sure that it at least meets SL's minimum standards >>> http://secondlife.com/support/system-requirements/?lang=en-US .

Grid Status looks ok.

 

I have heard no news about any interruptions for Phoenix viewers. It should work.

Try restarting your computer and router and then logging in to a different start location.
