An avatar, or an old account?  If you want to reactivate an old account, file a support ticket at https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ and select "Account" from the dropdown menu.  If you can't find an old shape or custom avatar, however, you'll have to search in your inventory, probably in the Body Parts or Objects folder.
